Gold Series Dust Collector
Farr’s line of Gold Series dust collectors combine superior performance, unmatched construction and durability, and the lowest maintenance of any collector on the market. Each unit is comprised of individual modules, giving Farr the flexibility to perfectly match a unit to your application. Farr dust collectors utilize a vertical-style cartridge orientation. What this means to you is peak efficiency, extended cartridge life, and less air consumption during pulsing. The exterior of the Gold Series collector is powder coating providing unrivaled corrosion resistance. Gold Series collectors are available for any size or type of application.
Cartridges
HemiPleat Gold Cone
Farr’s HemiPleat Gold Cone cartridge is the most advanced cartridge ever made. The Gold Cone located on the inner of the cartridge provides more filter area, more efficient operation, longer cartridge life, and reduced service requirements. It’s separator bead opens up the pleats uniformly, allowing more effective cleaning and lower pressure drop. Another advantage of the cartridge is its continuous, double seal gasket which provides added insurance against leaks.
HemiPleat
Farr’s HemiPleat cartridge provides more filter area, more efficient operation, longer cartridge life, and reduced service requirements than a standard cartridge. It’s separator bead opens up the pleats uniformly, allowing more effective cleaning and lower pressure drop. Another advantage of the cartridge is its continuous, double seal gasket which provides added insurance against leaks. On average, a HemiPleat cartridge will last nearly twice as long as a standard cartridge!
