Microvalve - MV2
Axxiom’s MicroValve II is one of the most reliable, economical abrasive metering valves available in the industry. It’s a normally-open valve which meters the amount of abrasive let into blast stream with a plunger that can be controlled by manually turning a knob. The body is constructed of rugged, carbon steel, while the base is constructed of hardened steel to increase durability and reduce maintenance and downtime. The MV2 is available in 1 ¼” and 1 ½” versions.

Thompson Valve II
Axxiom’s Thompson Valve II is the most precise abrasive metering valve available in the industry today. It’s a normally-closed valve which meters the amount of abrasive by moving a piston to a pre-set position when a signal is received from the deadman, allowing abrasive to flow into the blast stream. Using a normally-closed metering valve allows for an abrasive cutoff system to be added to your blasting operation – saving abrasive and compressed air and increasing productivity. The TVII is available with either a tungsten carbide or urethane sleeve. It’s available in 1”, 1 ¼”, and 1 ½” versions.

ComboValve
With extensive experience and expertise, Axxiom designed the ComboValve to replace the need for two valves - the inlet valve and outlet valve. The advantage is this one valve performs the same function as both valves with fewer moving parts that have the chance to fail. The ComboValve is a normally-closed valve that opens once a signal is received from the deadman, pinching a ¾” blast hose, allowing air to reach the blast pot and pressurize. Once the deadman stops sending the signal, the ComboValve returns to the closed position and allows the blast pot to depressurize through the ¾” blast hose that was pinched off. You won’t find an inlet/outlet valve combination that outperforms the ComboValve!

G2 Deadman Valve
Axxiom’s G2 deadman is the only normally-closed deadman available in the industry today. Having a normally-closed deadman eliminates compressed air being constantly “bled” through the valve that all other manufacturer’s valves are subject to. This leads to decreased response times and signal delays. The fail-safe button that is incorporated into the valve prevents accidental activation of the blast pot and can be configured for either left-hand or right-hand operators.

Thompson Valve I
Axxiom’s Thompson Valve I is a precise abrasive metering valve. It’s a normally-closed valve which meters the amount of abrasive by moving a piston to a pre-set position when a pneumatic signal received from the deadman, allowing abrasive to flow into the blast stream. Due to its popularity and the expiration of the TVI patent, there are many inferior imitations of the TVI in the market today. Do not allow yourself to be fooled by any of them – none are engineered, constructed, or assembled on par with Axxiom specifications and do not operate as efficiently, precisely, or durably as the genuine TVI. The TVI is available with either a tungsten carbide or urethane sleeve. It’s available in 1”, 1 ¼”, and 1 ½” versions.
